the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions! the suite had a functional kitchenette including a dishwasher and a big refrigerator. daily housekeeping kept the suite tidy with fresh towels.
the mini bar lacked complimentary water!

the location was great. it had accessibility to all the bars and restaurants. the beach was also literally three minutes. i found very helpful staff on reception.
i found a slight problem with the mini bar, it did not have any water.

suite experience was amazing

the location was perfect. it was right across from the street. down the steps, i found the beach. shops and restaurants were an easy walk from there. the sunshine cafe was right beside the building, it had delicious food and lovely staff.
the minibar did not have any water, inconvenient. i expected water to be available.

the staff gave me the city bus number and price to ride from the north airport to south tenerife. this saved us hundreds of euros, i was very happy! the staff were amazing and helpful.

the pool's temperature was perfect. i enjoyed relaxing there before tapas and wine. i spent time on the large deck overlooking the pool. there was a free sauna available on site that was cheeky.

The reception staff were very helpful regarding transport options. they were always polite and cheerful. I appreciated that. the hotel and the room were cleaned to a high standard every day of my stay.
there was no water in the mini bar! that would be a nice little touch.

the suite included two sinks and a rainfall shower. the patio was large, and sunbeds were comfortable. the location was close to amenities, yet quiet. staff at reception were friendly and helpful.
The floors weren't swept . Not even on the day they ran a mop over them.
