The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the ocean (i could see Teide volcano!).
The walk down to the beach is very steep. The area is rocky, and not much is around the hotel. Music entertainment occurred at the weekends (the solo guitarist was the best though).

I found cleanliness an issue. The shower had mold growing on the tiles (this is unacceptable). The grout needs a thorough cleaning.

the hotel room was spacious it included a large bathroom. the beds were comfortable. i enjoyed the tasty breakfast.
the room had dirty floors i noticed dirty sofas on the roof terrace. the sofas at the pool also looked dirty. i was offered a room with bubbling ceilings with moisture instead.

i appreciated the spacious and comfortable apartment (especially the private balcony!). the ocean views from the balcony were really lovely. There were many activities offered at the hotel, including a convenient bar and cafe.
