a romantic getaway with sea views
cliff location super clean room relaxed area
The location seemed like a dream atop the cliffs, i loved the views. our room always sparkled, thanks to the diligent cleaners, it was super clean. outside, the pools and gardens had a soothing effect, with abundant space for peace. I liked that.
finding our way to our cabin late at night was a small challenge, it was a bit dark, though not a huge deal.

Breakfast and dinner buffets offered a great array of options. The food was diverse and tasty. the service was attentive. The staff made me smile. we didn't even bother with other restaurants.

unhelpful staff disappointing approach
The reception staff were unhelpful. They denied there was an issue with the food after I felt unwell. They would not do anything unless I had seen a doctor, but offered no help to find one. This approach from the hotel was disappointing.

Enchanting Getaway
charming village private balcony
I found the hotel beautiful. It seemed like a charming little village. our double room horizonte was amazing. it featured a private balcony with partial ocean views. the pool areas provided plenty of space, and i ALWAYS found available beds.
i found that the evening entertainment was rather subdued. it would have been GREAT if there had been a live band. this would elevate the nighttime experience.

The breakfast buffet includes MANY options, such as fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. ALL of it was delicious. dinner features themed nights with diverse cuisine, showcasing local and international flavors, prepared with fresh ingredients. vegan options are plentiful and clearly labeled.

my double room horizonte was spacious with ample closet space. the bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i ALSO found a mini-fridge and a safe in the room. the room was always kept clean.

the staff were attentive to our needs. check-in was efficient, and we were given a map of the hotel. the housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping our room super clean each day. restaurant service was prompt and professional.
