Wonderful Hotel Experience
fresh products friendly staff
The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options. The staff also provided small complimentary treats, such as ice cream and smoothies. The room was cleaned daily and always felt fresh. The staff was friendly.

clean room useful information poor lighting no apology
i stayed in a double garden view. the room was very clean. the concierge provided useful information about activities each day.. this helped me better manage my short stay.
the air conditioning was not working. the room had poor lighting.. the staff did not offer an apology or any support. i bought tea bags from a local shop.

Acceptable Stay with Room for Improvement
Breakfast was varied. There was so much to choose from between cooked and buffet style.
The pool restaurant disappointed. I ordered a vegan burger but received a veal burger and noticed the egg before eating it. A replacement vegan burger was freezing cold when I bit into it. I did not eat there again. Decking work at the pool also caused noise.

adequate stay with notable shortcomings
inadequate air conditioning poor sound insulation
The air conditioning in my double room was inadequate, struggling to cool the space effectively. This. furthermore, the sound insulation was poor. Noise from the hallway was disruptive. i found the lack of proper soundproofing particularly disappointing for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

small room missing amenities
the room lacked several expected amenities it was a small space. i missed having a coffee machine in the room. a bottle of water was not provided initially and the water fountain was far away this was frustrating after a long day.
