the hotel offered a very convenient location. the provided toiletries were a lovely touch and i found very nice biscuits in the room. staff welcomed me warmly, i find the food really nice too. the caeser salad was amazing!

the hotel was busy, making it difficult to find a quiet space during peak hours.

the bus route number 71 from the airport stops close to the door. this route also goes into st peter port. my room included a comfortable bed and bathroom with soft towels and robes. tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and shortbread were complimentary. the breakfast buffet offered a full menu. i found the bar food and evening meal to be perfect. there was also an open fire to enjoy. the staff were helpful and friendly. i will book another stay here in a few weeks. the hotel room was clean and of a good standard. it was quiet. i found the room to be good value for money. the food was very good, both morning and evening. the outdoor pool area was nice. i found the staff to be friendly.

the bus route from the airport was perfect. it got me virtually to the door. my room had a comfy bed and a super bathroom with soft towels.

the lighting in the room was bad. it was hard to read. also, there was no comfortable seats in the room and the toilet seat didn't fit.
