the staff were efficient and friendly . the facilities seemed excellent overall.
the location felt a bit isolated . the absence of alternative places to eat locally was disappointing. it took about 30 minutes to walk into st helier a walk i did not take as i did not know the area.

i appreciated the friendly staff at the bar. nick and shammy was especially helpful when it got busy. delice, the housekeeper, did an excellent job also.
the hotel is on a hill. there is not a lift, so this may be something to consider. the wifi was also weak in some areas of the hotel.

the room offered nice views from the balcony. the pool was also a welcome feature. i found the staff to be generally helpful throughout my stay.
The room size felt somewhat small. I noticed a lack of space. the bathroom seemed to need some refurbishment, particularly the flush mechanism, it didn't work properly. i was also surprised to find that a service charge was automatically added to all food and drink bills.

The hotel offered fine views from the terrace where I enjoyed watching the sunset each evening. My room had a balcony, and it provided a peaceful spot to relax. Breakfast included a good choice of hot and cold items. The heated pool provided a relaxing area, with plenty of sun loungers available.

The pool area includes a heated pool. A well-tended garden surrounds the terrace, it offers comfortable seating. Rattan chairs and planters provided some shelter from the breeze.

Staff members were efficient. They struck a balance between professional service and a friendly attitude. The reception was helpful in organising an island tour, easing the logistics of exploring. Everyone, from the manager to the room stewards, contributed to a seamless stay.

The location provides really good views of the bay. The terrace bar offers panoramic views over the rooftops and trees. A steep path leads down to the promenade level, where you can enjoy walks round the bay.

The hotel handled our group efficiently, collecting luggage from the airport and delivering it directly to the rooms. Rooms were super clean with some having a balcony.. most offered superb views. The terrace bar provided panoramic views, equipped with comfortable rattan chairs. The heated pool had sufficient space for relaxation.
The hotel has many steps and a steep path, which may be difficult with limited mobility.

Rooms come equipped with comfortable beds and daily servicing is available upon request. Rooms have balconies that offer amazing views overlooking the bay.

A steep path connects the hotel to the promenade, with access to bay walks. There is also access to a mini train for convenient transport. The bus stop is less than five minutes down the stairs from the hotel.
