Fantastic Location and Great Amenities

I appreciated the next-door parking garage. It only cost €17.50 for the day. The Irish pub across the street was a great plus. The Mestalla stadium was only 15 minutes away by foot. THE location was convenient.
The noise insulation in my room was not great. Traffic sounds were quite noticeable.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, though several great restaurants are nearby. Transportation options are available close to the hotel. I felt safe while WALKING around the neighborhood.

I received a super kind upgrade for my birthday. The room was spacious with a balcony. The staff were nice. They spoke very good English. The room had a hospitality tray plus an iron and board, I appreciated this amenity.
The hotel is on a very busy street. It was somewhat noisy, but my room faced a quiet courtyard so it worked out okay

Breakfast included a plentiful and varied buffet. The orange juice seemed freshly squeezed. The availability of many options catered to different tastes. I enjoyed the quality and variety of the items available each morning.

The room was very very comfy and tidy, with everything needed. The bathroom included a shower, a bath, a bidet, and a double sink, great. I found the bed comfortable. Plenty of wardrobe space accommodated all our belongings.

The location is easily accessible across the city on the Gran Via. We walked easily to Ciutat Vella and through the Turia Park. It was a short walk to the Colon Market and Colon metro station, so convenient.

The location suited my needs. it was close to the center, also near the bus and metro station. the staff were attentive. They expedited my room readiness.
The room faced a rear area with limited daylight. even with all lights on, it remained dim. opening the window was not possible. I assume this was for security.
