the room was spacious with great facilities. i stayed in a beautiful apartment and the balcony was large. breakfast was good with a varied selection (i loved the pastries!).
the air conditioning was switched to winter setting . this made the room unpleasantly hot. some loud dogs barked in the neighbourhood and could be heard with the door open.

We found the two pool areas lovely. The rooftop pool was especially quiet. The garden areas were beautiful, it was a joy to stroll around them. Our half-board option provided lots of choice at both breakfast and dinner. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly (Sara at Reception was really good).
I found that the hotel is in a residential area. This meant you needed transport to go exploring, it wasn't exactly a negative, more of an observation.

Our room was lovely and very clean, providing everything we needed. It had a kitchenette area with an oven, fridge with a freezer compartment, a sink, and a microwave. We appreciated the spaciousness and the thoughtful amenities.

Breakfast had a large and varied selection, the pastries were really good! There was plenty to choose from for both of us. The hotel's snack bar near the pool was a great bonus, we loved the cocktails.

the bed was indeed super comfy it allowed for restful sleep.
i found the food to be quite disappointing and not varied enough i noticed the food was often cold despite my daily complaints to the staff also the room lacked basic amenities like water and tissues which i found unusual for a hotel of this supposed caliber the minibar was empty a real letdown.

The hotel staff was very friendly (Sara was particularly helpful). I found the rooms clean with great amenities. The rooftop pool was quiet. It is open from 11 AM to 8 PM. The gardens around the hotel create beautiful scenery.
