A Balanced Experience

I found the breakfast spread amazing. Everyone could find something to their liking. The hotel is modern.

The room had a smell of waste in the bathroom. There was a lot of noise in the rooms from the hallway and adjoining rooms. I really regret this experience, the hotel is beautiful at first sight.

the location was perfect near the beautiful beach. i liked the lovely pool area with its bar and restaurant. i found that the sunbed facility on the beach was excellent. i also thought it was good value for money.

i noticed that the room was very noisy. it bothered me, because the sound insulation between rooms could be improved. i wish i had brought earplugs.

i stayed in a double room with city view balcony. the furniture looks unique but it was still cosy. the room had a large, comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with all necessary amenities. the design was tastefully done.

I enjoyed the location directly on the beach. The lifeguard at the pool was also helpful in ensuring sun loungers were available.

The reception staff needs more training. They seemed to have trouble understanding simple requests, and the service was slow. The advertised bus service to Valencia was fully booked shortly after arrival, so it was difficult to get into the city.
