excessive noise unclean room

The decor mirrored the photos exactly. It was visually appealing.

The noise level was excessive. The room was not as clean as it should have been with noticeable dust, impacting my comfort, and it caused me to check out early. I was not comfortable there.

i loved the design and found it very cool. the staff was lovely and helpful. the dj played great music near the pool. the room seemed like i was on a cinema set. i would come back.

a light stayed on the balcony all night and bothered me. the shades did not block all light. breakfast was not worth its price.

The staff were very kind and attentive. They ensured I had everything I needed!!! The hotel decor is fine, with scenic views. Concierge service was also on point!!!
