the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i was upgraded to a suite unexpectedly and greeted with prosecco on arrival. the hotel provided attentive service. the location proved convenient, with a short walk to talamanca beach and easy access to shops.
The gym felt somewhat small. It could benefit from additional equipment or a more spacious layout.

The hotel room only came with a couple of pillows. They seemed like rocks, basically. I paid a lot of money, and I think I should have received some pillows with different firmness levels. Breakfast disappointed, also. On my first morning, I found few options. The second morning, I grabbed some oily pastry and a green banana, so sad.
