the air conditioning was inadequate it barely cooled the room even on the highest setting i had to leave the balcony door open most of the time the bedside reading lights also did not function this made reading in bed impossible the buffet breakfast offered a limited selection the pastries were not fresh the juices and coffee came from vending machines

I enjoyed an upgrade to an excellent apartment located right on the roof. The staff were super friendly and helpful. This. Rooms were clean, and the bed felt very firm. The bathroom was also spacious, something I loved!
I really hoped the hotel restaurant and bar were open when I visited! This meant I spent my money at other spots instead. The restaurant situation was a letdown! I was looking forward to dining in.

the hotel location was really good. it was close to everything including the beach and restaurants. i was happy with the room we were given. it was large with a big balcony and great sea views.
i found it hard to know who was a staff member since they did not have uniforms.
