the breakfast was varied. it had many options like hot dishes and lighter choices.

The room cleaning was not good. the housekeeping staff barely cleaned. I noticed dirty spots everywhere. they didn't dust, nor did they clean the bathrooms. all they did was make the bed and bring new towels. also, the staff barely knew english. It made communication difficult.

Fantastic Adults-Only Getaway!

I found the staff were polite and professional. The environment was wonderful and very clean. The pools and outside leisure amenities are amazing. I also received a complimentary room upgrade, a pleasant surprise.

My shower did flood the room when I used it. The water came round the bed! I told reception, but it wasn't fixed. This was frustrating.

The infinity pool offered great views, and the spa provided free access. I enjoyed relaxing there. The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. a selection of free weights, for guest use.

Breakfast and dinner were plentiful with many options. Both vegetarian and meat dishes were available, so every guest can find something to their taste. I found desserts at the buffet to be really good.

The hotel has a perfect setting with beautiful views! There is a private sandy beach available . The hotel is situated a five-minute drive from a village with many restaurants and shops.

i arrived to celebrate a long-awaited getaway. alexandra, the guest relations manager, greeted me warmly. the infinity pool was a highlight, i found myself spending hours there.

the room service for food ended quite early at 6pm, i found this inconvenient. the advertised italian restaurant was not open , so i was disappointed about that.
