Fantastic Hotel with Attentive Staff

The staff were SO kind upon arrival. Ilker upgraded me to a sea view room. The hotel is beautiful and modern. It has all the mod cons. The views of the bosphorus are fine!!!

The shuttle schedule was not convenient at all. Timings were limited and infrequent. It made moving around the city difficult.

The staff swiftly sent an iron and ironing board to my room when I needed to iron clothes. They also accommodated my request for non-feather pillows with a pillow menu. Staff members Melek, Ilker, Ozkan, Secam, and Timucin were kind and helpful.

The hotel runs a shuttle service. It takes you to the main sites in the city. I used the shuttle once to go to Taksim square. The hotel offers free transportation to various tourist places.

The breakfast had top quality and so much variety. The cheese selection, breads, jams, salads, and Turkish hot food were great. There were also eggs, honey from honeycomb, jams, a pancake station, omelettes, cakes, and sweets.

Another lovely surprise was a beautiful basket of fruit and chocolates arranged by Parisa in my room. The hotel swiftly accommodated this by offering a pillow menu. I needed to iron some clothes and they swiftly sent an iron.
