the team greeted us so warmly when we arrived it reminded me of coming home every meal tasted wonderful with the all-inclusive option we chose the ladies at the restaurant welcomed us with smiles guiding us to our table the servers were attentive and the kitchen crew was dedicated. a sunrise walk each morning was special the pool cleaners and hosts offered cheerful greetings to start the day. champagne and fresh fruits surprised us in our room for our 10th anniversary that thoughtful touch.

upon arrival the tv displayed a welcome sign for a family resort next door we had booked months in advance for an adults-only experience this discrepancy was a slight initial concern.

I felt totally at ease right away. the rooms were kept super clean. the staff was attentive and responsive to requests. i found michael especially helpful. He offered rides to shops. thanasis made amazing cocktails at the bar. the hotel also has great pools with comfy beds.

some noise traveled between rooms. Slamming doors in neighboring rooms was slightly disruptive to the otherwise serene atmosphere.

Breakfast had a good buffet selection. Dinner options were mostly good. kavos is one option. the staff was great at the restaurants. i found the Minuty rosé wine paired well with meals.

i stayed in a beautiful room sea view. the room was simple yet contemporary with no need for exaggeration. it included modern furniture a coffee machine and a kettle. water and coffee were restocked daily.

I enjoyed the availability of many pools. This made it easy to find a spot to relax. The food and drink were also of a high standard.

The beach had dark sand and pebbles. I also felt the seabed was muddy and rocky, so swimming in the sea was not ideal.

Fourni (a'la carte) provided amazing food. The service was delicious and great. the portions were very generous. ioannis, georgia, vener, joann, and elisovet offered great service. I'm definitely grateful for their work. the hotel had many different restaurants to choose from.

The room decor felt oppressive and dark. it could really use a fresh coat of paint. the air conditioning controls were poor. The system seemed stuck at 22 degrees celsius, regardless of the outside temperature. replenishment of the room was hit and miss. Staff sometimes forgot essentials like water and towels.

i enjoyed the perfectly cooked steaks at the restaurant. the selection of sides and sauces complemented the meal well. the team provided attentive service (i appreciated their genuine friendliness).

the music around the pools was too loud. the extractor fans were noisy and constant too. our room was too hot at night and i was told the air conditioning could not be adjusted (it was company policy).

i had such a blast. my room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, this made getting ready so much easier. the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes, so i kept up with my routine. i loved how the pool area had twenty loungers and a shaded section.

the elevator was sometimes a little slow, especially during peak hours.
