the location is very convenient near a metro station. the rooftop bar offers excellent views. i appreciated the variety of drinks and food available there.
i experienced waits of up to five minutes at times. this was especially inconvenient during peak hours.

inconsistent experience AT this hotel

weak air conditioningbathroom stains
the room had issues that should not exist at this level. the air conditioning was not powerful enough to cool the room effectively , even with the curtains closed during the day. there were also stains on the bathroom floor , A DISAPPOINTING sight. this gave a negative impression of cleanliness and maintenance.

The bathroom wasn't great. I found mould in the shower. The charging ports in the room did not work, we had to use the port at the back of the TV. It was slow. The location felt a bit dingy at night, with graffiti everywhere. It wasn't the best.

The room had good space. I also liked the rooftop bar, it provided good views. The staff seemed responsive when I needed documents for my visa. They sent them quickly to the consulate during the day after I made a call.
The location wasn't the best. I notice that the area didn't feel safe for walking around, especially after dark. The air con also wasn't up to par. I expected better cooling power during the warmer months.
