The staff were friendly. It was a plus.

The pools looked like they could benefit from a deeper clean. There was a green tinge in places. the food overall was underwhelming. The buffet was repetitive and fairly basic.

Excellent Hotel with Minor Issues

spacious balcony well kept gardens nice variety

The hotel rooms are well-kept. Our Double Room Sea View was spacious. It featured a large balcony. The grounds were also beautiful. The gardens were well cared for. The food was great with nice variety (especially the desserts!).

There were many steep slopes. Stairs made getting around difficult for those with mobility issues. This made it necessary to rely on the hotel's golf carts for transport.

The main buffet offered varied selections daily. There were several themed nights. The food quality was generally high and the staff kept the buffet well-stocked, even during peak hours.

private beach quality food inconsistent service floating dirt

The hotel has a beautiful lagoon pool. Its private beach offers views of the bay. The bars provide amazing quality food and drinks (especially the cocktails!).

Some days the service was inconsistent. I had to go to the bar for a drink. The cleanliness of the pools was not good. There was dirt floating about.
