Reasonable Stay with Room for Improvement

friendly staff evening entertainment repetitive food poorly-made drink

The kids club seemed amazing. Staff were friendly and engaging with the children. The evening entertainment included African acrobats and I thought they were excellent.

I found that the food was repetitive. All three buffet restaurants served similar meals each night. The drinks at the pool bar were also poorly made, almost as if it was intentional.

I enjoyed my time. the hotel offered multiple dining options, each with distinct menus. I liked the fresh seafood. the pools were clean and well kept, with lifeguards present.. ensuring a safe environment. this. there was an enjoyable gym.

the reception staff was efficient and helpful, offering prompt assistance with inquiries. i appreciated their quick resolution of a minor room issue. they promptly arranged transportation to nearby attractions.

a decent stay overall

spacious maisonette comfortable room lovely shower bad beer missing label incorrect label

the superior maisonette we had was quite spacious. it was also really comfortable and had a lovely shower. i appreciated that the room was generally clean.

the all inclusive drinks were not great. it seemed the drink quality depended on who was serving. the beer on tap tasted bad and was often too warm. the labels in the restaurants were often missing or incorrect.

my room was a family room mountain view, its spaciousness was great. daily cleaning ensured it stayed super clean. the mountain view from the balcony was very peaceful. i also appreciated the ample storage it had.

the coffee machine in the room sometime didnt work.

i stayed in a maisonette. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the housekeeping staff did an excellent job whenever needed!

the air conditioning did not seem to work in the main hotel areas.
