Fantastic Weekend Getaway!

excellent dealsuperior roomgym hours
I got an excellent deal for the weekend. I even got upgraded to a superior room (lucky me!). The room was so quiet, with a comfortable space for relaxation.
I did find that the gym opening hours, beginning at 7 am, were a bit late for those with early wine tours. It would be great if the gym hours could start a bit earlier.
Location
10/10
The hotel has a very central location. Restaurants are easily accessible by foot (a real plus!). This accessibility makes it easy to explore the area.
Dining

The Sunday roast lamb was superb. It seemed to be prepared with love (thanks to the chef!). The restaurant ambiance and staff elevated the dining experience.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel has a pool. It also offers spacious rooms with excellent bathrooms. A fridge in the room was very useful for storing drinks and snacks.
Service

The service was fantastic from check-in to check-out. Staff members were cute, polite, and professional. Every interaction felt genuine.

the staff provided quick check-in and two chocolate brownies upon arrival. my room was on the first floor with a view of the pool area. the room was large and the bathroom was spotlessly clean
the room lacked atmosphere and seemed basic. there was no net on the window so i had to dress before opening the curtains. the breakfast buffet was basic with mainly canned fruit

The room was spacious and included an excellent bathroom. A fridge was present, a definite plus. I also used the pool, it was refreshing.
The gym opened late, at 7am. I tried to negotiate for earlier access but was refused. I think suites facing the car park on the ground floor are exposed, lacking privacy.
