the location was excellent, directly in the center of town. the reception staff was great, always ready to help. the bedroom was a good size with a super comfortable bed. the bathroom was also spacious and well-equipped.
the stairway outside our room was metal and quite noisy. it was used frequently, so this did cause some disturbance.

The room provided water views. It was clean and spacious. The reception staff seemed lovely. The hotel is a short walk to shops and the waterfront area. I found free parking available. I could walk to the ferry terminals too.
The hotel restaurant closed early at 8:30 PM. Breakfast options were basic.

The front of house staff was great. They seemed attentive. They provided helpful assistance when needed. I did not have any issues . The staff response to requests was prompt.

The hotel is near the port. It is also close to the town center. Walking to nearby shops and eateries is easy. This aspect adds much convenience. The location helped me explore the area well.
