awesome view restaurant dinner comfortable bed small breakfast kitchen facilities bad heating

The room had an awesome view. I enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant. The bed was comfortable!

Breakfast on trays was too small. I thought it was weird not having kitchen facilities. The loaded wedges were not so good. I did not like the flowable cheese or bacon bits. The heating was quite bad, and it was cold throughout the night.

unaccommodating staff slow check-in

check-in was not smooth. i arrived a bit early. a staff member told me to wait because she was busy restocking alcohol. i had already paid and just needed a key but she was not accommodating. i was left waiting with my overtired baby after a long trip.

unwilling staff dirty hot tub

Breakfast was included, but the selection was quite minimal.

The staff seemed unwilling to accommodate a slightly early check-in. This was frustrating. I had to wait with luggage and the room was ready. The hot tub was dirty and unusable, I am upset.

Only the Moa Lodge includes a microwave. Other accommodations like the Villas and Studios do not have cooking facilities but do include a mini bar fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.
