the superior king room, was spacious. blackout curtains worked great. all reception staff were efficient and friendly too, what a treat.

the restaurant area is for people who have booked, that's what i was told. i waited in a queue for 15 mins to pay at the register. fast checkout did not exist, not good.

The room was quiet. I heard zero airplane noise. The location could not be better. The international terminal is a short walk. I appreciated the luggage trolleys available right outside the entrance. I enjoyed the room layout. It was easy to find everything.

I wish the cafe stayed open a bit later.

The location is convenient for catching early flights. I walked to the international terminal in mere minutes. the room was very well-equipped. It included a coffee machine that i definitely used. breakfast started early which worked perfectly for my travel schedule!!!

i did find the bathroom lighting not the best for makeup application.

The staff were amazing. They were consistently fantastic particularly the young man on the front desk. He bid us farewell with a big smile at 5am. The location was great. Only a couple minutes from international departures.

The location was convenient to the international terminal. I walked there in minutes. the gym was also pretty good. I noted three treadmills and a selection of weights. everything was clean and well kept.

I found restaurant service slow one evening. i waited 15 minutes to be approached, but no menu or water arrived. i felt ignored, so i left and ate elsewhere. It was a bit awkward.

the room was spacious. i especially like the blackout curtains. the furniture seemed great. the separate toilet was also beneficial. the bed was very comfy, too. the size of room. i have a fondness for large rooms.

the air conditioning seemed too cold for me. i had a bit trouble turning it off. the lighting wasn't good. it was difficult doing makeup at the mirror in bathroom.
