romantic getaway, city comfort!
harbour bridge spacious room extra comfort
The room had amazing views of the harbour bridge and the room itself was very spacious. It seemed like a real treat. the sofa provided such comfort, and i looked forward to relaxing. i cannot wait to plan another stay here, maybe for our anniversary next year.
Checking in, the card did not work at the elevator. I had to return to the front desk for a new one. this took extra time and was inconvenient at the start of the stay.

The hotel provided proximity to many great dining places. Queen street and the harbour were close. this provided easy walks and lovely coffee shops. It was perfect for my morning.

The pool and spa were a comfortable temperature. I spent a good portion of my day there. the hotel had amenities like a sauna and a gym. Parking was cheaper than competitor hotels nearby.

a lovely escape in the city.
spacious room maintained equipment delicious breakfast
I found the room surprisingly spacious with ample room to relax. the fitness center impressed me with its well kept equipment. I especially enjoyed my time in the pool area. breakfast at the hotel offered a delicious start to my day, i tried an omelette and several pastries.
the minibar prices seemed a little high, but it was not a big deal.

the concierge provided excellent directions to nearby attractions, also they arranged prompt taxi service. the front desk staff was always available and ready to assist with any questions about local events and transport options. i found them efficient.

our grand king room included a comfortable king-sized bed with premium linens. i loved the bathroom, it featured both a separate shower and a soaking tub. the room included complimentary high-speed internet access too.

friendly staff perfect location cosy bed high quality
i found the staff super friendly plus very helpful. the location is perfect too. the bed felt topnotch and really cosy it was so comfy. i definitely rely on the high quality standards here.
the room felt smaller compared to what i saw in photos it was slightly dusty.

The room was spacious and clean. The large bed was very comfortable. I really appreciated that Intercity buses arrive basically downstairs. The Sky Bus to the Airport leaves from the same place, VERY convenient!
The valet parking cost $60.00. The website stated free valet parking for October and November stays.

warm welcome friendly staff
i enjoyed my three-night stay . i was greeted warmly upon arrival. the staff was friendly. i secured adjacent rooms as requested for two couples traveling together.
the gym was good, but it got a little crowded during peak hours , made it slightly difficult to use all the equipment.
