inconsistent stay
dishonored reservation no solution
the room was spacious enough. (i will give them that)
i was looking forward to a relaxing birthday celebration (it was supposed to be a treat for myself!), but the hotel completely dropped the ball on my high tea reservation. even when i tried to be flexible and suggested a simple tea with dessert, they wouldn't budge, which really ruined the whole day.

amenities transport options elevator issue long waits
the location was fine, close enough to amenities and transport options. the staff at the reception seemed busy, but they managed to assist with basic queries.
The elevators were a constant issue. Only one seemed to work properly . this led to long waits and frustration, especially during peak hours. it impacted my ability to quickly get to and from my room.

Wonderful Experience!
relaxing stroll friendly staff hot food
The pool was great. I liked that it was available for a refreshing swim. The room service was prompt! and the food arrived hot. The staff was helpful and friendly. I felt welcomed and looked after . The location near Saint Albert Park was ideal for a relaxing stroll.
The gym was a bit smaller than I expected. It lacked a variety of equipment. I had some difficulty finding the entrance when I first arrived. Better signage would be helpful.

The room provided comfortable accommodation, with a spacious layout and thoughtful design. The bed was especially comfortable! and the linens were luxurious. A separate seating area was included with a sofa and chairs.

The staff were attentive to my needs, addressing requests promptly. The concierge offered helpful advice. Regarding local attractions. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.
