central stay, minor hiccup

friendly staff useful nightlights quiet room

The staff was friendly during check-in and throughout my stay. i liked the small nightlights. They were useful for navigating at night (especially in an unfamiliar place). despite being downtown, my room was quiet. the warm cookie upon arrival was a welcome touch.

The air conditioning controls were limited. I could not increase the temperature above 23 degrees, so the room felt cold.

the staff provided assistance with check-in and were consistently helpful. staff offered a warm cookie upon arrival, a cute gesture after a long journey and a great start. housekeepers cleaned the rooms in a detailed manner.

The king guest room featured a comfortable bed, promoting restful sleep . small nightlights were installed in the room. These were convenient for nighttime navigation without disturbing sleep. my room was quiet, even with the central location.
