fresh food helpful staff chocolate hour
The breakfast plan is worth it. The food was fresh! The staff was very helpful indeed. I also loved the daily chocolate hour. Such a treat, it was great.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!
spacious room comfortable bed great shower hotel sauna
I found a really spacious room with plenty of floor space. The king size bed was comfortable! The bathroom had a great shower and bench. I really enjoyed the hotel sauna, the pool, the lounge and the happy hour.
The room temperature was hard to regulate and it did feel slightly too warm at times, it was not a major issue though.

The hotel is a short walk to Cuba Street and town. It is also in a fantastic, central position. This makes exploring the area easy and convenient.

The rooms include a very comfortable bed. Rooms were clean! The rooms also offer great city views, a wonderful feature, especially at night.

The hotel features a pool and sauna. I found them great to use and a good time filler. The sports facilities such as the gym are also well-kept and enjoyable.

the staff were friendly and helpful.
room service took two hours to arrive, even after two follow-up calls. the food that eventually arrived was cold and missing items, a complete waste of money and a huge inconvenience.

lovely decor good breakfast
The breakfast was very good. it had a lovely decor, and the hotel was very modern. I found it to be a good location.
I found a horrible noise during the night. it was a vibration sound. This was intermittent all night.

chocolate hour convenient access elevator motor loud air conditioner
The daily chocolate hour was a nice treat (I did enjoy the chocolate fountain!). The pool and sauna offered a relaxing experience after a busy day. It was a nice way to unwind. The hotel has a lower exit and it offers convenient access to Cuba Street.
I requested a quiet room. I could hear the elevator motor stopping and starting throughout the night. the air conditioner was rather loud, so I had to switch it off while in the room.
