heated pool expansive grounds
i found the facilities for kids great. the expansive grounds let them run around freely. the heated pool was a fantastic bonus.

friendly staff secure location kids amenities non-functional wifi poor service closed restaurant
the staff at check-in was friendly and cute. the location felt secure. there were lots of amenities for kids, a great PLUS.
The wifi did not work. the service at the front counter was poor when i asked for help. I was dismissed. the listing said there IS a restaurant on site, but it was closed for the winter. i found this out only after i booked and arrived.

Acceptable Stay with Minor Issues
crystal pool spacious room stocked kitchen dirty floor uncomfortable bed loud sleep
The resort offers many activities for kids. There is a swimming pool that was crystal clear. Our spacious room included many extras at an affordable price. It had good heating and well-stocked kitchen.
The provided bungalow needs a remodel. The floor and carpet were very dirty. I found the beds not comfortable at all. We could hear everything happening above us, resulting in a loud sleep.

a tender retreat amidst beauty
kid friendly playground outdoor area rainfall shower easy access
the playground was very kid friendly and offered many activities for children. the room was clean and included lovely outdoor areas. the shower in the room was very nice , it provided a rainfall experience and added a luxurious touch to the stay. the complex layout allowed easy access to all amenities.
the wifi signal was occasionally weak . i noticed minor inconvenience.

the villa was spacious and well kept , it offered ample room for our family. the beds were comfortable and ensured a restful night's sleep. the space was clean , it added much to the charm of our stay.

the setting was very serene, it was close to local attractions. there was security to enter the premises , it added an extra layer of safety. this location allowed a peaceful stay.

staff were friendly and accommodating , they advised we could use the facilities even before check-in. they were helpful and eager to assist. it was a genuine hospitality , i appreciated it greatly.
