The location was acceptable.

The promised valet parking was unavailable upon arrival, which caused considerable inconvenience. The gym equipment also showed a concerning lack of maintenance. One of the treadmills was out of order, and the weights area was disorganized. It created a disappointing fitness experience, especially given the hotel's supposed 4-star rating.

I found the location very convenient, close to the city center. The breakfast buffet was a good start to my day. I really loved my room and its river view. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly throughout my visit.

The front desk seemed a little overworked at times.
