fantastic stay downtown

comfortable bedding good muffin easy check-in good location

the bedding felt very nice and the towels were satisfactory. i especially liked the friendly lady at the coffee stand on the ground floor, and those mini muffins were good (i had two!). i found the check-in and check-out processes quite easy. the location proved very good for exploring the city.

I encountered a minor issue with the bathroom sliding door. It didn't offer sufficient privacy as noises were easily audible.

Acceptable Stay, but Room Service Issues

The bedroom and the toilet were spotlessly clean.

I ordered room service on all three days of my stay, and each time I was told they had run out of multiple items (even when I called right as room service began). It was very frustrating to have the menu look appealing, only to be told repeatedly that the kitchen was out of stock. It seemed like a waste of time.

The room had everything I needed. It was quiet.

The bathroom sliding door offered no privacy at all. You could hear any noises. I found this uncomfortable. It really was a poor design choice. On top of that they were securing a deposit on my card.

spacious room helpful staff

The room was spacious and included a sofa. The Sky Tower was visible. Staff helped me store luggage before check-in. Breakfast was good. It was worth getting.

The sliding door to the bathroom did not provide total privacy. Any noises coming from the bathroom are audible.

central location cute staff

the staff were very cute on arrival. the food menu had good options. the location is central and handy.

the room lacked natural light on a sunny day. the window faced a light court with rooms opposite. the view was directly into another room.

great location comfortable bed overcharged issue uncomfortable situation

the hotel is in a great location in the city center. the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

i was overcharged and then the refund secured the payment on my card a second time. this was a bit uncomfortable. the situation was sorted later, but it took a week for the money to reappear in my account.
