helpful staffadvanced amenitiesdark decorhallway vomit
i found the on-site food divine.. the amenities were also more advanced than other places i've stayed. the location was ideal for what i wanted. the staff were helpful and friendly.
i found the room decor a bit dark like a cave. i also woke early due to noise from the guest upstairs. there was vomit in the hallway as i checked out.

insufficient lightingunhelpful staff
The room lighting was insufficient. I also found the staff unhelpful when I inquired about a takeaway coffee and pastry for an early tour I had booked (the answer was a straight no). When I ordered a coffee at breakfast to take to my husband, they tried to charge me for it (which I found quite irritating).

i found the rooms fine. i was very pleased with the kevin murphy toiletries available. the waterfall shower stood out, it had so many options.
the rooms seemed badly insulated for noise. noise came from both within the hotel and the street outside. the trendy design caused some practical issues for me, the lighting was dreadful, and i found nowhere in the room i could sit on a chair and reach a socket for the hairdryer and see in a mirror. breakfast was pretty good though
