fantastic stay!
convenient location dining experience warm pool amazing breakfast
I found the location to be very convenient, especially its proximity to the dolphin encounter experience. the dining experience at hiku was excellent! i really enjoyed the warm pool. It was very relaxing. the breakfast was amazing!!!
onsite parking was sometimes a bit limited when returning later in the evening. this meant i had to park a little further away from the entrance.

the hotel boasts a well-equipped gym, complete with three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights. the pool area is well kept with around twenty loungers available, also offering a shaded section . it was good.

Adequate stay with service issues
rude staff poor breakfast service
The room was clean and quiet. I appreciated that VERY much.
The bar staff seemed undertrained. They lacked drink knowledge. Breakfast service was also poor. Staff were rude when I asked for weaker coffee. I was told I would have to pay extra for anything different, THAT was frustrating.

a decent experience
floor to ceiling windows undercover car parking nice outlook no help wall hook instant coffee
the room had floor to ceiling windows offering double aspect views it was a corner room the hotel has undercover car parking available on-site the restaurant had great coffee and a very nice outlook to the sea
the hotel offered no help with our luggage i did locate a trolley to get it to the room the room had five hooks located on the wall behind the door to hang clothes it did not have a wardrobe sachets of instant coffee were all that was available other hotels provide coffee machines

Really good Stay with Modern Comforts
modern room comfortable bed convenient parking
The room was modern and very clean. The bed was comfortable (I had some very restful sleep!). Onsite parking was convenient. The staff were friendly. They were easy to deal with.
I found the room slightly small. I also noted light pollution from standby lights.
