I found the resort's jungle setting to be peaceful and full of birds, a very nice experience. the staff helped us book a hike into the reserve and even made us a packed breakfast for the early start. I really appreciated this gesture. i enjoyed tea and cookies in the afternoon. It added to the restful nature of the place.

the door did not close all the way, so a rat got into our bathroom, not fun.

the room featured a large bed and the bathroom was a good size. a nice hot water shower was present, but hot water does run out. the bungalow was equipped with a fridge and tea and coffee facilities.

The food tasted fresh, hot, and delicious. I especially enjoyed breakfast. omelettes were available, they even cooked us fresh ones. beers were available at the restaurant.

the villa with temperature controlled pool was perfect. i spent most of my time there, only leaving for breakfast and lunch at the restaurant. i ordered room service by the pool each evening, and the food was amazing (especially the local curries!).

the minibar had very few items available.
