I loved the easy access to transportation since the trams are right outside. the breakfast included many options to choose from. i used the fitness facility daily. It provided towels and water. the hotel's proximity to the train station made arrival easy.

the superior king room felt small. not many places existed for storage, so i lived out of my suitcase. this.

The location is really great. It is near the central station. The breakfast buffet included a top selection. The restoration of the former Norwegian American Shipping Lines offices was amazing, and I liked the decor!

The room was a bit small for the price I paid. It didn't quite feel like an exclusive hotel.

the location is ideal, right in the town center. the train station is nearby. the rooms were quiet and clean. i found the beds very comfortable.

the superior king was small for the price i paid. there were no shelves or drawers, so i had to live out of my suitcase.

The location was great, close to the central station. The bathroom in the Beautiful King Room was very nice.

The room I booked was quite small for the price. I also found there were no drawers. I had to keep all my belongings in my suitcase. I felt this detracted from what should be a more upscale experience.

i found a couple of areas lacking! the in-room safe was not working correctly. it repeatedly displayed an error message, and i did not trust it! also, the mini-fridge was quite noisy. It cycled on and off frequently and disturbed my sleep!
