breakfast buffet modern design rainfall shower noisy motorway soulless restaurant inexperienced staff

the breakfast buffet offered a large variety. i saw fresh fruit and pastries. the spa area featured multiple saunas. i especially liked the japanese bath. the brasseriet had friendly staff. they were attentive to my needs. the architecture displayed modern design. the hotel used natural materials like wood and stone. this gave it a calm atmosphere. the common areas felt spacious. the room had a rainfall shower. it also featured two separate sinks. the bed was large. i slept comfortably.

the location was next to a noisy motorway. it detracted from the tranquility. the restaurant seemed like an airport lounge. this.

hidden swimsuit cost late check-in

I felt tricked. They don't tell you upfront that you must buy their swimsuits. i had to pay 500 nok for a swimsuit. it's too much. I felt forced. check-in was also really late, at 4pm. I had to wait and it cut into my spa time. next time i will book elsewhere because this whole thing was annoying. the lack of transparency is a terrible customer experience.
