the location is fantastic! right next to the train station and the gondola, made travel super easy. the breakfast buffet had a huge selection and everything tasted great. i especially liked the fresh fruit and pastries. the rooms are also very clean and modern. the views of the mountains were just very nice.

the parking situation was a bit confusing. it took some time to find a spot and understand the payment system.

I was so happy with the great breakfast! the selection was wide, everything tasted delicious, and it was well-prepared. the sauna offered a lake view. It was a real highlight. the hotel's interior design created a cozy atmosphere.

the service felt terrible to me! i expected more from a supposed four-star hotel. i booked a standard double room, but i found a sofa bed open with two beds. the tv wasn't working in my room.
