The hotel was close to the terminal. The covered walkway was okay.

The reception staff at check-in were quite slow, and seemed unfriendly. It took a very long time, and then I was checked into the wrong room type. I had to return to reception to get another room.

I found the location convenient. A covered walkway connects the hotel to the airport terminal! The room was quiet, a nice surprise. Complimentary coffee and sweets added a cute touch. I appreciated the stylish interior and the relaxing music throughout the hotel. I look forward to my next visit.

The check-in process was slow. The receptionist did not explain what was taking so much time. This was frustrating before settling into the room.

The hotel is very close to the airport terminal. I was able to walk there in just a few minutes through a covered walkway. The reception staff was friendly at check-in, and the room was ready early. I stored my luggage in the luggage room near reception.

The restaurant had limited options for vegetarians.

I found the location convenient. It is a short, covered walk from the airport terminal. The room had stylish interiors and a relaxing atmosphere. I appreciated the coffee, tea, and complimentary sweets in the room. The bed was spacious and comfortable.

I noticed an ongoing issue with a duplicated payment taken from my account. This matter has persisted since early July. I have received only one reply from the hotel after multiple emails. They say they are looking into it as "quickly as they can". This is disappointing.
