Decent Stay at a Convenient Location
convenient location great choice spacious room unfriendly staff noise isolation loud spa
The location was certainly a plus. The hotel is near enough to the main attractions. Breakfast had a great choice of food each morning. The room was spacious (it was a Junior Suite) and serviced daily.
I found the staff to be not very friendly. Noise isolation seemed to be a problem. I could clearly hear sounds in the corridor (conversations and doors closing). The spa area seemed a bit loud.

amazing breakfast delicious steak very good mojitos
I found the breakfast amazing with many options available. I enjoyed a delicious steak at the restaurant. The bar offered very good mojitos.
The spa was sometimes busy with families and young children making it less quiet than I expected during the day.

fantastic stay!
The hotel building was quite nice. the decoration was very attractive. the staff was very helpful. I felt quite welcome. the room was quiet and comfortable with a nice view from the room balcony.

the breakfast was super, with all you can imagine, lots of assortments, including meat, cheese, eggs, fresh fruits, and smoothies. the quality was very good! i was grateful for such options.

The staff weren't really friendly or smiley, except the staff at the spa! they were really kind and cute. the cleaning staff were also great. I really appreciated their attentiveness.

Adequate Stay with Some Issues
ineffective air conditioning late housekeeping service
The air conditioning in my room did not function adequately. The room temperature remained uncomfortably high throughout my stay. Housekeeping services were inconsistent, as my room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon, despite my early departure each day. This disrupted my schedule significantly.

fantastic amenities and service
spacious room heated pool diverse breakfast
i found my room spacious and very clean. i especially liked the hotel's heated indoor swimming pool with its 15-meter length. the breakfast impressed me with many choices like meats, cheeses, and fresh fruit.
the ac in my room did not seem to work efficiently.
