the breakfast selection was good and quite substantial.

i found the room allocated initially (room 19) disappointing. i had to upgrade to room 6 to get a great view, but this added to the cost (i think this is important). the chair on the balcony was also in poor condition and really should be replaced before someone gets hurt.

The room faced the kitchen ventilators. This view was not appealing. A droning sound from the vents started early Sunday morning. There was an air conditioner, but no remote. I had to open the windows despite the noise, the fish and chips were also subpar, the peas were hard, and the chips were soft. I expected better for the price.

The staff greeted me warmly, and the breakfast selection was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. the location is amazing with easy access to the nearby golf course, i could watch golfers from the hotel. i had a pleasant experience overall, i appreciate the attention to detail.

The bathroom lacked sufficient ventilation, and there was a noticeable musty smell.
