the staff was very helpful. they provided complimentary bikes, which i used to see the rice paddies. i also received a complimentary foot massage, a nice touch.

The air conditioning only had a cold setting. That was not ideal. i found the pastry at breakfast tasted cheap. wi-fi was slow at times.

I found the free shuttle service to the city very convenient. It provided easy access to urban areas, yet maintained a tranquil countryside atmosphere. The surroundings are indeed beautiful. I particularly enjoyed the peacefulness. The pool was a highlight. I spent hours there. The massages at the spa were relaxing! Every detail seemed well-thought-out. The staff consistently showed kindness and care.

The air conditioning unit had limited functionality. It only offered a 'cold' setting. I needed a 'warm' option due to the humid weather. Breakfast quality could also use improvement. Pastries tasted inexpensive.

the staff was helpful and accommodating to every need.

The air conditioning was a real problem. It broke down and started leaking water all over the room at 10 pm. their initial solution was just to put towels on the floor! they eventually offered another room with only one bed for three people.
