a modern stay with friendly staff

convenient location floor-to-ceiling windows

the hotel offered a convenient location near the beach. i could easily walk to local restaurants. my room had floor-to-ceiling windows. i enjoyed great views of the city and mountains from the ninth floor (it was quite excellent). the rooftop swimming pool provided a lovely space for swimming, especially in the late afternoon. there was also plenty of choice for breakfast.

amazing stay!

lovely views helpful staff delicious breakfast excellent location

i had a blast! the executive suite offered amazing city views from a high floor, letting me see restaurants and shops right next to the hotel. the staff were so nice and helpful, including receptionists and restaurant staff. breakfast was yummy too!

The hotel had many restaurants within a short walk. I found options for every taste. the staff were helpful, too. the rooms were super clean. Housekeeping cleaned them daily. breakfast offered many choices. I found something i liked each morning.

the wi-fi was occasionally slow, but that was manageable.

The location is good with a short walk to the beach. Several seafood restaurants are nearby. The receptionist made helpful recommendations about local dining and souvenirs. Breakfast also included a variety of local Vietnamese dishes.

The spa experience was just average for me. I asked for a deep tissue massage. I have had better massages elsewhere with more pressure. The facial was just a facial massage with a mask application.

diverse menu central location dragon bridge

i particularly enjoyed the variety at breakfast each morning. there was a new menu. the hotel's location also proved very convenient, near both the beach and local markets. i also enjoyed how close it was to the dragon bridge.

The laundry service pricing felt a little unclear, based on individual items rather than weight. This made it unexpectedly expensive, though the front desk staff was helpful overall
