The location is peaceful, away from crowds, yet a quick walk to the town center. The staff were helpful (I appreciate that!).
The room entrance door is very thin and lets noise from the corridor pass through.

I experienced friendly staff. They were really good too assist with EVERY request. The room was fine. The bathroom was huge and luxurious. The beds were also VERY comfortable.
The room entrance door was quite thin. I could hear noise from the street and corridor. This impacted my stay.

The location overlooks rice paddies. I saw this clearly from the pool! the staff was helpful with our luggage storage on checkout day while we waited. the room had great space. It was a superior triple room. the pool area was a massive highlight for us.
