A good stay in a beautiful setting

The team was friendly. Hong and uyen at reception were especially helpful, always ready for a nice chat about the day. The air conditioning worked great, important. The breakfast buffet had good options and the bathroom was very clean (a big plus!).

I was impressed by the tour packages at affordable prices (they even picked you up). The room service offered many choices. I visited the spa and thought it was great! The hotel made it easy to relax and recharge.

The lady at reception was not so friendly. I found her unhelpful.
