A good stay in a beautiful setting

friendly staff air conditioning clean bathroom

The team was friendly. Hong and uyen at reception were especially helpful, always ready for a nice chat about the day. The air conditioning worked great, important. The breakfast buffet had good options and the bathroom was very clean (a big plus!).

grand room yummy breakfast convenient location

I really loved my room, it was a grand beautiful room. the breakfast was yummy (especially the pho!). the staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly arranged my airport transfer. also, the location felt super convenient.

affordable price room service great spa

I was impressed by the tour packages at affordable prices (they even picked you up). The room service offered many choices. I visited the spa and thought it was great! The hotel made it easy to relax and recharge.

The lady at reception was not so friendly. I found her unhelpful.

the premium beautiful room offered two separate sinks in the bathroom. the shower had a rainfall showerhead. breakfast included a varied selection for all tastes, even fussy children. the wi-fi was reliable .

the elevator operates a little slow.
