great service and comfort

great receptionist helpful information friendly staff

the receptionist provide all information i needed. lisa was very kind and helpful. kim chi greeted us upon arrival and looked after us for my entire stay, she is great. the other staff members also were happy to help.

floors in rooms are quite dirty. i think they just sweep the floors then mop which is quite normal throughout vietnam. the kitchen in our room didn't have many plates or utensils, it made it hard to make anything.

i love happy hour at the rooftop bar and the pool table. there is a downstairs pool and sun loungers available to use. free bike rental is also accessible for convenient transportation around the area.

ms van helped us book activities. she was superb. the rooms are spacious and beautiful and breakfast offered a wide array of fruits. delicious vietnamese coffee was also on offer!

the hotel is a little bit away from food. made dining slightly inconvenient

the breakfast offered several options.

i stayed for five nights in a two-bedroom room with a kitchen and was surprised to be placed on the ground floor next to the lifts. the floors in the rooms seemed quite dirty even after they mopped. the kitchen lacked enough plates or utensils, made preparing food difficult.

The staff was very helpful and approachable, always ready to assist with any request. The location was quiet. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. The price was reasonable, given the quality of service and amenities.

The staff were friendly, and i felt welcomed. The room was spacious. it was cleaned daily, a nice touch. breakfast had a wide selection of options. This made the mornings enjoyable. i borrowed a bike. This allowed me to explore nearby rice fields.

The hotel is located a bit far from the ancient town. I did need to use transportation.

Staff members were attentive to every need, ensuring activities were easily booked. they also arranged taxis and laundry services. I found that to be quite helpful. translations were readily provided for various requests, smoothing communication.

mixed experience at the hotel

uncomfortable bed temperature issue

the staff was very attentive and fulfilled guests' requests immediately. they did their job well and were very nice.

The temperature in the shower changed every minute going from cold to too hot. This made showering difficult. the double bed was two small beds put together and it wasn't comfortable in the middle as a couple. it seemed like the hotel was trying to flatter me instead of solving the breakfast problem.
