the room we got was amazing and a total upgrade. facilities were first class and staff were so helpful. i booked a trip and the airport transfers right through the hotel and it all went smoothly!

the kids pool next to the bar had so much madness. tiny kids disco and ping pong at the bar were super annoying

The breakfast was quite excellent and had great variety. I can't say I've seen a better one anywhere else.

The reception staff seemed too busy with their computers to acknowledge me. For two days, my room wasn't cleaned at all. Plus, the prices for food and drinks felt way too high, maybe they could lower them.

i loved the location. the room was a good size and the bed was comfortable! the breakfast buffet had many options and the staff were very attentive. the pool area was well kept and had plenty of sun loungers.

the gym equipment looked a bit outdated.

the hotel has direct beach access, the beach was clean! the shuttle service to the nearby town runs frequently and is very convenient, it helped us explore the local area easily.

the suite had two bedrooms and a separate living area. the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. i liked having a balcony with sea views, it was a nice spot for morning coffee.

i enjoyed the staff, they were helpful. the breakfast offered many choices, and the onsite restaurant was convenient. the multiple swimming pool options were a definite plus. access to the clean beach with umbrellas and sun loungers was a treat.

the shuttle service into hoi an had limited times which was a bit inconvenient.

I found the gym very well equipped. It had everything I needed for my workouts. The shuttle bus to the city center was a great perk , it made exploring so easy. I especially enjoyed the spaciousness and modern design of the room.

The frosted glass screen between the bathroom and the bedroom wasn't my favorite. I also didn't like the expensive prices at the restaurants and the bar. The kids pool next to the bar was a little too chaotic for my liking.

unfortunately, it's just not worth it. i have been to a lot of 5 star hotels and this one is on the lowest side. please update your room pictures.
