amazing stay, totally was very good!!!

I was just passing through and needed a quick overnight stay. i was seriously impressed especially coming from a 5-star hotel. The staff here were so much friendlier. the hotel was really clean, and the food was AMAZING!!! the room included a sign to contact reception if you forgot anything like a toothbrush.

I had issues with the hotel. there is no entrance from the parking area directly into the hotel. I had to walk all the way around, even in the rain.

The super nice team and friendly, from reception to the bar and restaurant. i really appreciated their courteous service and willingness to assist with anything. the check-in process went very smoothly. I had no issues at all.

The evening meal had excellent quality, and it was great value. I enjoyed every bite. the drinks menu had a wide selection, including cocktails, so everyone can find something. the breakfast in the morning offered lots of choices, like a great coffee machine for a perfect start.

the standard king room had everything i needed. the bed was super comfortable ensuring a restful sleep after a long day. the room was nicely decorated and very spacious for my needs. the bathroom was modern and super clean.

the hotel is close to a bus stop making it easy to get around. it is convenient for travelers arriving by car, near the highway. the location provides super quiet place, away from the bustle. brussels is very accessible.

i encountered a couple of issues . this was not immediately obvious and caused some confusion. additionally , the restaurant menu was limited and did not fully match what was advertised .
