limited breakfast variety unfriendly staff

the breakfast lacked variety (i expected more options). also, the staff was not particularly cute or friendly. i found it difficult to get assistance with simple requests, and their attitude seemed indifferent. these issues affected my overall experience negatively.

The hotel is near the heart of the market square. Many restaurants nearby provided dining options. it was super clean and well kept. There was even a play area for children in the lobby. the room was lovely and roomy. It included a fridge, ironing board and iron. a wardrobe with ample space.

The personel was sooo unfriendly and unprofessional. it was hard to communicate. The morning and night staff was cold and rude. they did not.!! it was a family stay for 4 days.

Central Location and Great Room

central location beautiful walk cozy bed

I found the location to be fantastic. I could walk to many cafes and restaurants. Taking a stroll in any direction was beautiful. The room was good, clean, well-sized, and really romantic!!! I did enjoy the cozy bed and the presence of a sofa bed.

The air conditioning did not work, unfortunately. I felt hot throughout the night, and no one could help.

The room included a nice bathroom with a separate toilet, a bench to sit down and take off shoes. There was also a small side table that you can slide under the bed for convenience.

The breakfast was standard, but always delicious, with sufficient variety. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and fruit. The food was AMAZING!!!
