The hotel location is excellent, situated near the shopping center. underground parking was helpful. I drove a large van that fit without issue. the room included complimentary coffee and tea. It was a welcome touch after our journey.

i noticed the lighting in the room could use some improvements.

The hotel connects to a large shopping complex and offers nearby dining options. I found the main train and bus terminal within a 10-minute walk, a great convenience for travel. Breakfast had good options with a wide selection, and the staff maintained a nice, clean environment.

I noticed some plugs in the room did not work, and the overall maintenance seemed lacking. There were also some visible stains, raising concerns about hygiene. This affected the overall impression of the room.

Access to the hotel was difficult. as someone claustrophobic, it was very stressful. breakfast was disappointing too. I arrived around 9 am and there were few choices left.

The car park was awful. Instructions to find the hotel from the car park were inadequate. my car was damaged overnight by another car, and both hotel staff and car park staff were unhelpful! they said, "we have 17 video cameras, but we're not allowed to review the content!
