The staff were lovely and helpful. The location is quiet, a perfect haven after a long day. I found the restaurant menu simple, yet satisfying, and it was reasonably priced. The breakfast provided good value with variety.
The television in my room did not function. I chose not to report it as my stay was brief. A few of us discovered insect bites after our visit. These bites created a tracking pattern, leading us to suspect bed bugs, I also saw silver fish in the bathtub.

fantastic stay!
friendly staff free parking well-kept pool
i found the staff friendly. i really appreciated the free parking offered at the hotel. the outdoor swimming pool was very well-kept.
The outside of the hotel does appear a little dated.

the hotel boasts a well kept outdoor swimming pool that guests can use. additionally, there is a large garden to enjoy some relaxing time. free parking is also available to all guests.

i had a standard queen room that offered ample space. the bed was very comfortable, and the room was tidy plus clean. i found the air conditioning worked effectively too, really good.

practical stay near the motorway
good breakfast helpful staff clean room
the location was great near the motorway, though the parking was expensive. breakfast provided a good selection. the staff were helpful when my mother-in-law felt unwell, it was very much appreciated. the room was clean. the evening meal was good.
The exterior looks old and tired. It needs some attention. A painter would have a job.

the reception staff were polite and helpful, they closed the hotel gates at night. the evening reception even were very good too help. the service at both dinner and breakfast was very friendly.
