underwhelming stay

messy lot cheap breakfast
the parking situation frustrated me. instead, i found a messy lot filled with overgrown weeds a short walk away. also, the breakfast was really not good. it felt cheap, and there was little choice. i seen better breakfasts at much less fancy places.

Charming Stay in Historic Setting

historic hotel beautiful garden modern restaurant
The hotel location is excellent. It is just a short walk to the town center. The building has well-kept gardens, including a terrace. It offers a peaceful place to sit and relax. The restaurant provides a modern setting and a menu with well-prepared food.
I learned on arrival the hotel had changed management recently. I booked private parking. I found that parking was a derelict lot a short distance away, overgrown with weeds. I parked there.

mixed feelings about the stay

limited buffet concentrate juice
The location was acceptable. It's close to the historic sites.
The room felt pretty dated, i must say. breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The orange juice was from concentrate, and the buffet selection seemed quite limited. also, the hot food options were basically just eggs, which didn't really live up to expectations.
