the location was central, and i appreciate that. it made getting around the city easy.

The room i booked was different from the room they gave me. the pictures showed a specific room i expected, the one i thought i was paying so much for. it really left me disappointed. also, the blanket was not good. Uneven clumps of filler made it lumpy like a dune.

The location was convenient to the cathedral and the Saturday market. I found that acceptable.

Check-in was slow. It took a long time for each person. Breakfast felt understaffed. Food was frequently out, and clearing tables took ages. The room felt more like a three-star hotel, not the advertised four stars. The towels were scratchy, and there was only "Hair and Body Wash" instead of proper shampoo.

the breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of choices (i especially loved the pastries!). the hotel's location allowed for easy access to the main attractions. i found the staff very attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries i had. the room was clean and well-kept.

the standard rooms could benefit from some more natural light.
